Shipping Fees

The prices listed on the website (for Austria) are including VAT and other costs. Orders within Austria are delivered by GLS. There are no shipping costs for delivery within Austria.

Delivery Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be to the address provided by the customer.

Your order will be dispatched promptly after payment is recieved.

If the goods are damaged during transport the customer must immediately notify the transport company of the damage and claim damages against the latter.

APG Allergosan Pharma GmbH bears no liability where obstacles to delivery exist in regard to suppliers or manufacturers. Where delivery or compliance with the agreed delivery time is impossible due to circumstances beyond APG Allergosan Pharma GmbH's control, APG Allergosan Pharma GmbH shall be entitled to rescind the contract wholly or in part. APG Allergosan Pharma GmbH shall promptly notify the customer in this regard. In that case any claims for damages are excluded.

Payment Terms

APG Allergosan Pharma GmbH accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and KLARNA (Direct transfer with Klarna, Klarna auf Rechnung and direct debit).

When paying by credit card, your credit card will only be charged after the order has been completed. Please note: In order to be able to pay by credit card in the Institut AllergoSan online shop, your credit card must be activated for the 3D Secure procedure. For more information, please contact your credit card company.

Paypal - You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there or register first. After logging in with the access data you can confirm the payment order to us. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Direct transfer (Sofortüberweisung-Klarna) - The drirect transfer service is provided by Klarna. You pay by direct transfer via your online banking system. Your online banking data will only be disclosed via Klarna's secure payment form. APG Allergosan Pharma GmbH will neither have access to your online banking data nor to your online banking account. Purchase on account (Klarna) - The "Purchase on account" service is provided by Klarna. Klarna handles the purchase between the customer and the merchant. You have 14 days from the invoice date to pay the invoice to Klarna, and Klarna subsequently transfers the money to the merchant. You only pay when you have received the goods and do not have to provide any account details in the online shop. Returning customers are recognised by Klarna. Direct Debit (Klarna) - The "Direct Debit" service is provided by Klarna. You provide Klarna with your online banking data via login to your online banking account and a few days later the invoice amount is debited from your bank account. Your online banking details are only disclosed via Klarna's secure payment form. APG Allergosan Pharma GmbH will neither have access to your online banking data nor to your online banking account.
