What is the 3 step gut health concept?

Step one involves a probiotic to fill your gut sustainably with good bacteria! Each OMNi-BiOTiC® product contains a team of high-quality bacterial strains that are combined to work in sync with one another to achieve the targeted goal.
Step 2 is focused on prebiotics, predominantly insoluble dietary fibres that are intended to feed the high quantities of anaerobic bacteria in your gut. Many bacteria do not tolerate oxygen, so they are very difficult to take in supplement form, therefore, in order for them to thrive we need to provide them with their favourite foods, such as those found in the products from the OMNi-LOGiC® range.
