We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the national Accessibility Act BGBl I 76/2023 as amended to implement the European Accessibility Directive (RL 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.
In doing so, the contents of the technical guideline for accessible web content – WCAG 2.2 – were implemented and complied with as far as possible and to the best of our knowledge and belief.

A) Status of compliance with requirements
These services are considered to be in compliance with the Accessibility Act.
B) Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
- Incompatibility with accessibility regulations:
The website contains PDF documents available for download that are not yet accessible. If you require assistance with inaccessible PDF documents, please contact meldestelle@allergosan.at. In this case, we will endeavour to provide you with the content in a suitable format as far as possible.
- Disproportionate burden:
For economic and organisational reasons, it is not yet possible to make older PDF documents and Office documents (etc.) accessible.
The listed incompatibilities with accessibility regulations are continuously being corrected and adjusted.
C) This content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation.
o Older documents and content that are not accessible are available on the website. As these were published before 28 June 2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act, and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for them.
o The website contains documents and content from third-party providers that we have not developed, financed or controlled. No statement can be made regarding the compatibility of this third-party content with accessibility regulations, and it is therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
D) Preparation of the accessibility statement
