Shipping Fees
Before confirming your order, you will be informed about the shipping fees.
The dispatch service provider is DPD. Shipping fees within Hungary are as follows:

| Orders between 7.120 Ft and 14.270 Ft | 680 Ft |
| Orders over 14.270 Ft | Free shipping |
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
Delivery terms
Unless otherwise agreed, the order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Order will be shipped promptly after receipt of payment.
In the event of damage to the goods during transport, the customer shall immediately report the damage to the transport company and claim the damages there.
APG Allergosan Pharma GmbH shall not be responsible in the event of delivery obstacles in the area of suppliers or manufacturers. If delivery or compliance with an agreed delivery time becomes impossible due to circumstances for which APG Allergosan Pharma GmbH is not responsible, APG Allergosan Pharma GmbH shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part. APG Allergosan Pharma GmbH shall inform the customer of this without delay. Claims for damages shall be excluded in this case.
Payment terms
APG Allergosan Pharma GmbH accepts the following methods of payment: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and direct bank transfer (KLARNA).
When paying by credit card, your credit card will only be charged after the order has been completed. Please note: In order to be able to pay by credit card on the Institut AllergoSan online shop, your credit card must be activated for the 3D Secure procedure. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
PayPal – You can pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there or register first. After logging in you can confirm the payment. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Direct bank transfer – The purchase price is debited from your account upon completion of the order.
The legal default regulations apply. Dunning costs for the appropriate collection of the claim will be shown separately in the invoice and can be claimed from the second reminder onwards.
