How is OMNi-POWER® CARBOTONIC+ used?

During, before or after a training session, dissolve 40 g of OMNi-POWER® CARBOTONIC PLUS powder (equivalent to 2 measuring spoons) in 500 ml of water – either in addition to OMNi-POWER® CARBOTONIC or on its own – and drink. The amount required will depend on your individual needs and the intensity of your workout.
