How does the perimenopause/menopause bundle work?

OMNi-BiOTiC® Active

OMNi-BiOTiC® Active contains eleven specially selected, scientifically researched bacterial strains. The bifidobacteria, lactobacilli and lactococci contained in this product colonise the entire intestine with a large number of bacteria: Five billion natural intestinal bacteria are contained in each dose (=2 g) in OMNi-BiOTiC® Active.

OMNi-LOGiC® PLUS

Years of scientific work have investigated which nutrients need to be supplied to our intestines so that they can optimally fulfil their functions. OMNi-LOGiC® PLUS contains a special combination of high-quality vitamins, minerals and trace elements as well as valuable short-chain carbohydrates, so-called fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and galactooligosaccharides (GOS), which serve as food for certain bacteria.:

The contained vitamin B2 serves to maintain normal mucosal function and helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress. Calcium plays an important role in the normal function of digestive enzymes and vitamin D & zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Fructo-oligosaccharides and galacto-oligosaccharides (FOS/GOS) are special carbohydrates that serve as food for certain bacteria. They stimulate the multiplication of the specific bacteria such as Akkermansia muciniphila and Faecalibacterium prausnitzii as well as the conversion of food to short-chain fatty acids (such as butyrate).
In the course of an energy-balanced diet, glucomannan has been shown to contribute to weight loss.

Primjena

How is the perimenopause/menopause bundle used?

OMNi-BiOTiC® Active

Stir 1 level scoop of OMNi-BiOTiC® Active (= 2 g) into a glass of water (approx. 125 mL) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take this in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening just before going to bed.

OMNi-LOGiC® PLUS

Stir 5 g (5 g = 1 level measuring spoon) into 0.2 l water/juice etc. 3 x daily and drink immediately (activation time is not required). The positive effect of glucomannan is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g in three portions of 1 g each in combination with 1-2 glasses of water before meals.

It is essential to take the product with plenty of liquid so that it reaches the stomach, otherwise, there is a risk of choking if you have difficulty swallowing or with insufficient fluid intake.

META-CARE® Gut Balance

Take 1 capsule daily with water, unchewed and after a meal.

Who is the perimenopause/menopause bundle suitable for?

The menopause brings noticeable changes for many women – hot flushes, sleep disturbances or problems with muscles and joints.
