Anwendung
How to use META-CARE® Vitamin D3 Plus?
Take 1 capsule once a week with water, unchewed and with a meal, or take as recommended by a doctor.
For children under 12 years of age, the contained amount of 10,000 IU (250 μg) vitamin D3 per capsule is not suitable as a food supplement. We recommend consulting a doctor regarding use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding, as well as if taking anticoagulants.
