How does OMNi-BiOTiC® metabolic work?

The specially selected bacterial strains in OMNi-BiOTiC® metabolic help to displace Firmicutes bacteria and restore balance in the gut. Combined with regular exercise and a calorie-reduced, healthy diet, this can support easier weight loss.

Recommended combination: A great complement is daily supplementation with OMNi-LOGiC® APPLE PECTIN, which is the preferred food of Bacteroidetes bacteria. This encourages their growth and helps them establish themselves sustainably in the gut.

Diet & Exercise: It’s still essential to keep track of your calorie intake. Depending on how much weight you want to lose, you should moderate your food consumption accordingly. Additionally, the type of calories you consume is important for the bacteria in your gut. Try to minimise your intake of carbohydrates. Specifically, eat less bread, pasta, rice, and potatoes, and avoid sugary items like sweets, chocolate, other confectionery, cakes, and sugary drinks. Instead, focus on eating plenty of vegetables, dairy products, fish and meat.

Boost your calorie burn through exercise. There’s no need for extreme effort; any movement burns calories. If you can aim for 10,000 steps a day, you’ll ensure your body burns enough fat and sugar for your weight to drop quickly. Simple actions like taking the stairs instead of the lift or getting off the bus one stop earlier to walk can make a significant difference.

How is OMNi-BiOTiC® metabolic used?

Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® metabolic (= 3 g) once daily into a glass of water (approx. 125 mL) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for it to activate, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take this in the morning before breakfast or in the evening shortly before going to bed. In addition, take 3 capsules of OMNi LOGiC® APPLE PECTIN twice daily, in order to provide the optimal food for the bacteriodetes bacteria. If you suffer from a fructose intolerance, you should prolong the activation time of OMNi-BiOTIC® metabolic to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolise the fructooligosaccharides. Therefore, almost no fructose is left to be consume in your intestines.

Who is OMNi-BiOTiC® metabolic suitable for?

Overweight individuals tend to have a different bacterial composition in their gut compared to those who are slim, with an excess of "Firmicutes" bacteria and a deficiency of "Bacteroidetes" bacteria.

Firmicutes are especially good at extracting calories even from indigestible fibre, storing them as fat—essentially creating a reserve. This results in more energy being absorbed than the body actually needs.

In contrast, Bacteroidetes help by encapsulating unused carbohydrates, allowing them to be excreted in the faeces.
