When can META-CARE® Basic 3 be used?

  • For the targeted supplement of base-forming minerals/li>
  • For the supportive supplementation of the diet with minerals in case of increased need, e.g. high intensity exercise
  • Valuable contribution to maintaining a normal electrolyte balance (magnesium) and energy metabolism (calcium).
  • To support healthy muscle function (potassium, magnesium, calcium).
Ideal for targeted alkaline intake, especially after increased consumption of meat, fat and sugar.

How is META-CARE® Basic 3 used?

Take 1 capsule three times daily with water, unchewed and after a meal. Please note:

We recommend consulting your doctor before taking this product during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Composition
Potassium chloride, calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, oregano leaf extract, capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, rosemary leaf extract, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, travel extract, thyme leaf extract, fennel seed extract, sage plant extract. Free from animal protein, gluten and lactose. Suitable for diabetics and people allergic to milk.

  • Oregano leaf extract (300 mg)
  • Rosmarin leaf extract (60 mg; of whch rosmarinic acid 1,2 mg)
  • Thyme leaf extract (30 mg)
  • Sage plant extract (15 mg; of which rosmarinic acid 0,4 mg)
  • Fennel seed extract (15 mg)

What is META-CARE® Basic 3?

Base-forming mineral compound with the power of wild herbs A balanced acid-base balance plays a major role for our body as well as our well-being. Unhealthy eating habits with too many acid-forming foods such as meat, or food high in salt or sugar can influence the natural acid-base balance. The targeted supplement of alkaline minerals is therefore recommended. META-CARE® Basic 3 contains the base-forming minerals - potassium, magnesium and calcium, combined with Origanox and other plant extracts. Potassium and magnesium contribute significantly to the sequence of muscle tension and relaxation and are therefore particularly of great importance for the heart. Additionally, potassium makes a valuable contribution to the maintenance of of normal blood pressure and magnesium supports a balanced electrolyte balance. Among other important functions, calcium has an influence on the digestive enzymes and supports a normal energy metabolism.
