1. Step – Detoxification: Caricol® activates digestion and thus the elimination of food residues, toxins and waste products in a natural way. The special papaya pulp is particularly rich in papain, an enzyme that aids digestion.
2. Step – Deacidification: A diet containing too many acid-forming foods such as meat, coffee or chocolate can upset the acid-base balance and lead to "hyperacidity". Support your acid-base balance with META-CARE® Basic 3. With the basic minerals potassium, magnesium and calcium, as well as selected plant extracts.
3. Step – Support your gut flora: In the final step, supplement your gut flora with beneficial gut bacteria, such as those contained in OMNi-BiOTiC® 6. The active bacteria colonise the entire gut, helping your metabolism to function smoothly.

How is the Gut Detox Bundle used?
OMNi-BiOTiC® 6
1–2 times daily, stir 1 serving of OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 into approx. 1/8 litre of water or (diluted) fruit juice, milk, tea (up to max. 40°C), yoghurt or similar, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then consume.
Please note the following general information:
- The liquid in which you dissolve OMNi-BiOTiC®• must not be hotter than 40°C (bacteria tolerate exactly the same temperatures as the human body),
- It should not be coffee, alcohol or any other product with a very acidic pH value (e.g. cola, grapefruit juice, vinegar)
- It should not contain carbon dioxide if possible.
It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach, e.g. in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening before dinner or before going to bed. As OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 contains only bacteria that occur naturally in the human intestine, it can also be taken by babies and during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Top tip:
OMNi-BiOTiC® products contain small amounts of various dietary fibres that serve as specific nutrients for bacteria, e.g. fructooligosaccharides (FOS) or inulin. If you have a known fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time of OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 to 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolise their food (= fructooligosaccharides, inulin, etc.) almost completely, so that at most only a few molecules of these substances reach the intestine.
Caricol®
It is recommended to take Caricol® daily for several weeks for optimal effects, preferably undiluted.
Recommended use:
1–3 sticks per day, after each main meal.
Caricol® does not need to be stored in the refrigerator. Suitable for taking to work and travelling. There are no habituation effects.
