Anwendung

How is META-CARE® Griffonia Plus used?

Take 1 capsule twice daily with water, in the morning and at noon, unchewed and after meals.

Please note

This product does not contain animal protein, gluten or lactose. It is also suitable for people allergic to milk. Store in a dry place at room temperature (max. 25° C). Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Aim to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Contains griffonia.

Plant power from the African black bean and rose root META-CARE® Griffonia Plus Contains an extract from the African black bean. (Griffonia simplicifolia). This is naturally rich in a precursor of the "happiness hormone" serotonin, which has a positive effect on mood and also influences the body's sleep-wake rhythm. The formula is complemented with rose root extract (Rhodiola Rosea). Rose root, also called golden root, is a very robust plant that has been used in folk medicine in Russia and Scandinavia for centuries.
