How does this bundle work?

OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER

OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER contains 6 bacterial strains that naturally exist in the human intestine.


OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER is supplemented with organic magnesium (magnesium citrate) that is easily absorbed by the body.

OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE


The ingredients have the following properties and characteristics, to which OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE owes its intended purpose:
  • Contains corn starch specially refined for human consumption and guar gum. OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE is a water-soluble dietary fibre mixture that combines the properties of both soluble and insoluble dietary fibres..
  • 10 % of the ingredients are immediately absorbed by the body, 40 % are slowly fermented in the large intestine like a soluble dietary fibre and 50 % are excreted in the stool like an insoluble dietary fibre, therefore increasing the stool volume.

META-CARE® Coenzyme Q10

  • For the targeted supplement of coenzyme Q10
  • Contribution to the maintenance of a normal energy metabolism (vitamin C)
  • Contribution to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamin C)
  • Contribution to the protection of cells against oxidative stress (vitamin C, vitamin E)
  • To support an intact immune system during and after intensive physical activity (vitamin C).
Ideal for when high energy levels are required, such as during phases of intense physical exertion or intensive exercise.
Anwendung

How is this bundle used?

OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER

Stir one sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER (= 4 g) once daily into a glass of water (approx. 125 mL) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for it to activate, then stir again and drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach if possible.


As OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER contains only bacteria that occur naturally in the human intestines, it may also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.


It is recommended to use OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER for at least 6 months; long-term use has been proven to be effective.

OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE

2 x 1 level measuring spoon (= 2 x 5 g) per day. If necessary, the intake can be increased by 1 measuring spoon every week, up to a maximum of 5 measuring spoons per day.
Mix one level measuring spoon (5 g) with about 200 ml of liquid and stir the contents until the powder has dissolved completely and clearly.
OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE can be stirred into drinks, soups or yoghurts without changing taste or consistency.


META-CARE® Coenzyme Q10

Take 1 capsule daily with water, unchewed and after a meal.
