OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE**

Contains corn starch specially refined for human consumption and guar gum. OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE is a water-soluble dietary fibre mixture that combines the properties of both soluble and insoluble dietary fibres..
10 % of the ingredients are immediately absorbed by the body, 40 % are slowly fermented in the large intestine like a soluble dietary fibre and 50 % are excreted in the stool like an insoluble dietary fibre, therefore increasing the stool volume.
META-CARE® Basic 3*
Base-forming mineral compound with the power of wild herbs A balanced acid-base balance plays a major role for our body as well as our well-being. Unhealthy eating habits with too many acid-forming foods such as meat, or food high in salt or sugar can influence the natural acid-base balance. The targeted supplement of alkaline minerals is therefore recommended.
META-CARE® Basic 3 contains the base-forming minerals - potassium, magnesium and calcium, combined with Origanox and other plant extracts. Potassium and magnesium contribute significantly to the sequence of muscle tension and relaxation and are therefore particularly of great importance for the heart. Additionally, potassium makes a valuable contribution to the maintenance of of normal blood pressure and magnesium supports a balanced electrolyte balance. Among other important functions, calcium has an influence on the digestive enzymes and supports a normal energy metabolism.

Use
How is this bundle used?
OMNi-BiOTiC® METAtox
Once or twice daily, stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® METAtox (=3 g) in a glass of water (approx. 125ml) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for bacterial activation, stir again and then drink. OMNi-BiOTiC® METAtox should preferably be taken on an empty stomach.
If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® METAtox twice a day, intake right after waking up in the morning and before going to bed in the evening is suggested.
OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE
2 x 1 level measuring spoon (= 2 x 5 g) per day. If necessary, the intake can be increased by 1 measuring spoon every week, up to a maximum of 5 measuring spoons per day.
Mix one level measuring spoon (5 g) with about 200 ml of liquid and stir the contents until the powder has dissolved completely and clearly.
OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE can be stirred into drinks, soups or yoghurts without changing taste or consistency.

Take 3 capsules at once daily with water, unchewed and after a meal.
