How does this bundle work?

OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair with B vitamins


OMNi-BiOTiC® Stress Repair with B vitamins contains the same special combination of 9 bacterial strains as OMNi-BiOTiC® Stress Repair, which has been used in numerous clinical studies. In addition, selected B vitamins contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes such as the intestinal mucosa (B2), as well as to the normal function of the nervous system (B2, B6, B12) and make a valuable contribution to normal mental function (B6, B12).

OMNi-LOGiC® PLUS?

Many years of scientific work have investigated which nutrients need to be supplied to our intestines so that they can optimally fulfil their functions. OMNi-LOGiC® PLUS contains a special combination of high-quality vitamins, minerals and trace elements as well as valuable short-chain carbohydrates (prebiotics), so-called fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) and galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), which serve as food for certain bacteria:

  • This helps to maintain normal mucosal function and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Calcium plays an important role in the normal function of digestive enzymes and vitamin D & zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
  • Fructo-oligosaccharides and galacto-oligosaccharides (FOS/GOS) are special carbohydrates that serve as food for certain bacteria. They stimulate the multiplication of the specific bacteria Akkermansia muciniphila and Faecalibacterium prausnitzii as well as the conversion of food to short-chain fatty acids (such as butyrate)
  • Glucomannan has been proven to contribute to weight loss as part of an energy-balanced diet.

Use

How is this bundle used?

OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair with B vitamins

 Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® Stress Repair with B vitamins (= 3 g) into approx. 1/8 l of water 1-2 times daily, wait at least 1 minute activation time, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach. Since vitamins B2, B6 and B contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, taking OMNi-BiOTiC® Stress Repair with B vitamins in the morning is recommended. It is recommended to use OMNi-BiOTiC® Stress Repair with B vitamins for a longer period of time. This is tried and tested!

OMNi-LOGiC® PLUS?

Stir 5 g (5 g = 1 level measuring spoon) into 0.2 l water/juice etc. 3 x daily and drink immediately (activation time is not required). The positive effect of glucomannan is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g in three portions of 1 g each in combination with 1-2 glasses of water before meals.

It is essential to take the product with plenty of liquid so that it reaches the stomach, otherwise, there is a risk of choking if you have difficulty swallowing or with insufficient fluid intake.

Our tip: Start with 1/2 measuring spoon daily and increase by a further 1/2 measuring spoon every 3 days.

META-CARE® Sleep Well

Take 1 capsule once a day shortly before going to bed with water.

META-CARE® Sleep Well contains withania, passion flower, hops and saffron.

We recommend that you consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and if children under the age of 12 are taking this product. We recommend that you do not take any additional dietary supplements containing zinc alongside this product.
