How does Colibiogen® work?
Colibiogen® is produced from the specially selected bacterial strain "Escherichia coli Laves". The extract is obtained using a patented biotechnological manufacturing process and carefully prepared in a long, scientifically closely monitored process. The finished extract contains selected metabolic products of the bacterium, such as amino acids. These have extremely positive effects on the condition of the mucous membranes.

How is Colibiogen® used?
Take half an hour before meals either pure or diluted with half a glass of water or tea. Colibiogen® can also be taken with milk, cocoa or yogurt.
For irritable bowel syndrome:
5 ml (= 1 teaspoon) Colibiogen® daily until 4 weeks after symptoms have subsided.
In inflammatory bowel diseases and during chemotherapy or radiotherapy:
Daily 5 ml (= 1 teaspoon) until 4 weeks after the symptoms have subsided. In acute cases up to 3x 5 ml daily.
Accompanying antibiotic treatment:
Daily 5 ml (=1 teaspoon) Colibiogen®, at least for 3 weeks

Storage instructions:
Store at temperatures up to 25 °C and protect from frost. Once opened, Colibiogen® is stable for 6 weeks at room temperature.

Cell-free fermentation filtrate from Escherichia coli strain Laves 1931, water, ethanol, sucrose, sodium benzoate, orange flavor, citric acid.
Please note: Colibiogen® contains 4.8 Vol.-% alcohol.
