Use
How is OMNi-BiOTiC® METAtox taken?
Once or twice daily, stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® METAtox (=3 g) in a glass of water (approx. 125ml) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for bacterial activation, stir again and then drink. OMNi-BiOTiC® METAtox should preferably be taken on an empty stomach.
If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® METAtox twice a day, intake right after waking up in the morning and before going to bed in the evening is suggested.

It is recommended to take OMNi-BiOTiC® METAtox for a longer period. OMNi-BiOTiC® METAtox only includes bacterial strains that can be found naturally in the human intestine.
