How is OMNi-POWER® CARBOTONIC used?
Before an intensive training session or a competition, one portion within the last 90 minutes before exercise.
During an intensive training session or a competition, one portion every 45 minutes in combination with energy gels, depending on individual energy requirements.
The recommendation is an average guideline and varies depending on individual energy requirements and the intensity of the exercise.
In principle, OMNi-POWER® CARBOTONIC remains hypotonic at a dosage of up to 100g per 750ml of water.
