How does the constipation bundle work?

OMNi-BiOTiC® 6


OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 contains six important, highly-active bacterial strains that colonise the intestine from top to bottom.

OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE

The ingredients have the following properties and characteristics, to which OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE owes its intended purpose:

  • Contains corn starch specially refined for human consumption and guar gum. OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE is a water-soluble dietary fibre mixture that combines the properties of both soluble and insoluble dietary fibres.
  • 10 % of the ingredients are immediately absorbed by the body, 40 % are slowly fermented in the large intestine like a soluble dietary fibre and 50 % are excreted in the stool like an insoluble dietary fibre, therefore increasing the stool volume.

Caricol®

It is advisable to take Caricol® daily for several weeks, preferably undiluted.
Recommended dose: 2-3 sticks/day, 1 stick after each main meal.
Caricol® does not need to be stored in the refrigerator. Suitable for taking to work and when travelling. There are no habituation effects.

Use

How is the constipation bundle used?

OMNi-BiOTiC® 6

Stir 1 dose of OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 (= 2 g) 1 - 2 times daily into a glass of water (approx. 125 mL) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for it to activate, stir again and then drink. We recommend taking OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 on an empty stomach. To take OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 twice daily, we recommend taking one dose in the morning before breakfast and one dose in the evening before eating a meal.

OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 may also be taken during pregnancy and is even suitable for babies.Tip:

OMNi-BiOTiC® products contain small amounts of various prebiotic fibres that serve as nutrients for the bacteria, e.g. fructooligosaccharides (FOS) or inulin. If you have a fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time of OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 to 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolise this fibre (fructooligosaccharides, inulin, etc.) almost completely, so that at most only a few molecules of these substances reach the intestine.

OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE


2 x 1 level measuring spoon (= 2 x 5 g) per day. If necessary, the intake can be increased by 1 measuring spoon every week, up to a maximum of 5 measuring spoons per day.


Mix one level measuring spoon (5 g) with about 200 ml of liquid and stir the contents until the powder has dissolved completely and clearly.


OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE can be stirred into drinks, soups or yoghurts without changing taste or consistency.

Caricol®

It is recommended that you take Caricol® daily for a few weeks.


Recommended use

1–3 sticks per day, one stick after each main meal.

Corn starch, maltodextrin, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), inulin, polydextrose, potassium chloride, bacterial strains*, rice protein, magnesium sulphate, enzymes (amylases), manganese sulphate.*6 bacterial strains with at least 1 billion bacteria per 1 g of powder:

Contains no animal protein, gluten, yeast, or lactose. Suitable for diabetics, people allergic to milk, children, and for use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

One monthly pack (60 g) of OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 contains a total of 60 billion viable bacteria that are able to multiply in the intestine.

OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE

Resistant dextrin (corn), Partially hydrolysed guar gum.
Not suitable for parenteral nutrition. To be used as part of a balanced diet.

Caricol®

Papaya* 90.2 %, apple juice concentrate, red algae (contains calcium) 1.8 %, natural apple juice flavouring.

Made from natural ingredients, no preservatives or colourings, no added sugar. Naturally contains sugar.

Who is the constipation bundle suitable for?

OMNi-BiOTiC 6®

Our gut bacteria have essential functions: strengthening the intestinal barrier against harmful germs, eliminating toxins and waste, and absorbing and producing vital nutrients. However, these beneficial bacteria can be depleted in the gut due to several factors, such as an unhealthy diet, stress, or medication use, leading to dysbiosis—an imbalance in the gut microbiome.

As a result, harmful germs may proliferate more easily, toxins are not properly eliminated, the digestive system becomes sluggish, nutrient absorption is impaired, and certain foods may no longer be tolerated.

OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE

OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE is suitable for balancing the fibre deficit every day in order to provide important intestinal bacteria with sufficient food as a basis for life and also to regulate digestion:

  • In constipation, they increase the stool volume and soften the stool so that it can be excreted more easily.
  • In the case of diarrhoea, dietary fibres can thicken the liquid stool due to their strong swelling properties.
