OMNi-BiOTiC® *METAtox**

An increasing number of people lead lifestyles that negatively impact their quality of life. Diets high in hidden sugars, unhealthy fats, and artificial additives, combined with a lack of exercise, can cause more than just visible changes in appearance. Many only realise the effects during routine check-ups, where imbalances in blood sugar and fat levels become apparent. The gut often plays a central role in these issues. Poor lifestyle habits, such as an unhealthy diet and inactivity, are reflected in the gut flora, leading to changes in the number and diversity of important bacteria.

The composition of intestinal bacteria not only influences gut function but also affects the intestinal barrier. This barrier plays a vital role in keeping the contents of the intestine separate from the rest of the body while selectively allowing essential nutrients to pass through.

In essence, a healthy gut flora and a well-functioning intestinal barrier are key to overall well-being—proving that a "good gut feeling" truly depends on maintaining a diverse and balanced microbiome.

OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE**

The ingredients have the following properties and characteristics, to which OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE owes its intended purpose:

Contains corn starch specially refined for human consumption and guar gum. OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE is a water-soluble dietary fibre mixture that combines the properties of both soluble and insoluble dietary fibres..
10 % of the ingredients are immediately absorbed by the body, 40 % are slowly fermented in the large intestine like a soluble dietary fibre and 50 % are excreted in the stool like an insoluble dietary fibre, therefore increasing the stool volume.

META-CARE® Basic 3*

Base-forming mineral compound with the power of wild herbs
A balanced acid-base balance plays a major role for our body as well as our well-being. Unhealthy eating habits with too many acid-forming foods such as meat, or food high in salt or sugar can influence the natural acid-base balance. The targeted supplement of alkaline minerals is therefore recommended.

META-CARE® Basic 3 contains the base-forming minerals - potassium, magnesium and calcium, combined with Origanox and other plant extracts. Potassium and magnesium contribute significantly to the sequence of muscle tension and relaxation and are therefore particularly of great importance for the heart. Additionally, potassium makes a valuable contribution to the maintenance of of normal blood pressure and magnesium supports a balanced electrolyte balance. Among other important functions, calcium has an influence on the digestive enzymes and supports a normal energy metabolism.

Anwendung

How is this bundle used?

OMNi-BiOTiC® METAtox

Once or twice daily, stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® METAtox (=3 g) in a glass of water (approx. 125ml) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for bacterial activation, stir again and then drink. OMNi-BiOTiC® METAtox should preferably be taken on an empty stomach.

If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® METAtox twice a day, intake right after waking up in the morning and before going to bed in the evening is suggested.

OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE

2 x 1 level measuring spoon (= 2 x 5 g) per day. If necessary, the intake can be increased by 1 measuring spoon every week, up to a maximum of 5 measuring spoons per day.

Mix one level measuring spoon (5 g) with about 200 ml of liquid and stir the contents until the powder has dissolved completely and clearly.

OMNi-LOGiC® FIBRE can be stirred into drinks, soups or yoghurts without changing taste or consistency.

Take 3 capsules at once daily with water, unchewed and after a meal.
