How does OMNi-BiOTiC® HETOX work?

Several clinical studies show that probiotics are able to influence liver function at various stages of liver damage. A current research study of the Medical University of Graz provided evidence that the use of OMNi-BiOTiC® HETOX can modulate liver dysfunction from the gut.

How is OMNi-BiOTiC® HETOX taken?

Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® HETOX (= 6 g) once daily into a glass of water (approx. 125 mL) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for it to activate, stir again and then drink. OMNi-BiOTiC® HETOX should preferably be taken on an empty stomach.

Corn starch, maltodextrin, rice protein, potassium chloride, bacterial strains*, magnesium sulphate, enzymes (amylases), manganese sulphate * 9 bacterial strains with a minimum of 15 billion bacteria per single dose (= 6 g):

Who was OMNi-BiOTiC® HETOX made for?

Our liver is a very large, vital organ and is responsible for a multitude of different processes in our body: Every day 2,000 litres of blood are filtered in our liver and are so liberated of noxious substances (like alcohol, medicines or other toxic substances), so that these can never do harm to our organism. At the same time the liver metabolises food components such as carbohydrates, fats and proteins so that they can be used by our bodies. Our detoxification centre is able to withstand a lot more than all the other organs of our body: Within only a few weeks the liver is able to regenerate itself. However, caution is advised: Not even the hardiest liver is able to cope with unlimited hardships! What makes this especially dangerous: Damages to the liver are not felt at once as the liver doesn’t send any pain signals, but rather suffers in silence. Many symptoms of a liver function disorder (e.g. tiredness, loss of appetite, bloating, fat intolerance, and pressure sensitivity of the upper abdomen), are very unspecific and are not necessarily directly indicative of liver disease. Our present, often unhealthy, lifestyle is an extremely bad influence on our gut and its vital inhabitants, the gut bacteria. We eat too fatty and too sweet foods, drink too much coffee and alcohol and do too little exercise. In addition, nowadays almost everyone is stressed permanently for some reason or another. This results in a “leaky gut”, which is just what it sounds like! The layer of mucus covering the surface of the gut changes, resulting in the death of many colonising bacteria. All toxic substances contained in the food we consume, are no longer simply excreted with the stool. Instead they now have unhindered access to the underlying blood vessels and can so enter our circulatory system. A functioning gut is thus an important requirement for a healthy and unburdened liver which can keep on fulfilling its important tasks. With specially developed, scientifically tested probiotics such as OMNi-BiOTiC® HETOX, it has now become possible, for the first time ever, to improve the liver’s function via the gut.
