Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 (= 3 g) into approx. 1/8 l of water 1-2 times daily, wait at least 1 minute activation time, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach if possible. If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 2 x daily, it is recommended to use it before breakfast and before dinner. It is recommended to use OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 for a longer period of time. This has been tried and tested and makes sense. Since OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 contains only bacteria naturally occurring in the human intestine, it can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolise all the fructooligosaccharides. Thus, no fructose enters the intestine. If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes.
