Who is the Stress & Leaky Gut bundle for?

OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9*

OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 is a quality product from the OMNi-BiOTiC® product range. The development of this product is based on the fact that the gut and brain are functionally closely linked and that our gut is colonised by trillions of intestinal symbionts from a variety of bacterial strains. A high level of diversity in the gut is of great importance, as different strains also perform different tasks in the gut.

OMNi-LOGiC® PLUS*

What role do Akkermansia muciniphila and Facealibacterium pausnitzii play? An imbalance of specific intestinal bacteria can lead to a disturbed function of the important intestinal barrier, which is often accompanied by so-called "silent inflammation". The bacteria Akkermansia muciniphila and Faecalibacterium prausnitzii play an important role in a normally functioning intestinal barrier: Akkermansia muciniphila is responsible for the production of highly viscous mucus and helps to strengthen the intestinal barrier with this mucus layer so that foreign germs and harmful substances cannot pass through the intestinal mucosa and enter the bloodstream. Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, on the other hand, is able to produce special fatty acids, including butyric acid (= butyrate). This supplies the intestinal mucosa in particular with energy and thus strengthens the "tight junctions". These are the junctions (membrane proteins) between the cells of the intestinal mucosa that ensure that important nutrients are selected and separated from harmful substances.

However, Akkermansia muciniphila and Faecalibacterium prausnitzii are anaerobic, which means that they do not tolerate oxygen and therefore cannot simply be ingested. With the targeted intake of certain dietary fibres, however, you can create an environment for these bacteria in your own intestine that is worth living and reproducing in.

META-CARE® Griffonia Plus*

META-CARE® Griffonia Plus contains the amino acid 5-HTP from the African black bean (Griffonia simplicifolia). 5-HTP is a precursor of the "happiness hormone" serotonin, which has a positive effect on mood and also influences the body's sleep-wake rhythm.
The formula is ideally complemented with extract from rose root (Rhodiola Rosea). Rose root, also known as golden root, is a very robust plant that has been used in folk medicine in Russia and Scandinavia for centuries. It also grows under adverse conditions in arctic and mountainous regions. The human organism makes use of these extraordinary properties. Roseroot is considered an adaptogenic plant, which means that it can help the body to adapt better to stressful situations.

How does this bundle work?

OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9

OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 contains 9 strains of bacteria that occur naturally in the human intestine, and the viability and reproductive capacity of the specially matched bacteria is guaranteed until the best-before date.

OMNi-LOGiC® PLUS?

Many years of scientific work have investigated which nutrients need to be supplied to our intestines so that they can optimally fulfil their functions.OMNi-LOGiC® PLUS contains a special combination of high-quality vitamins, minerals and trace elements as well as valuable short-chain carbohydrates (prebiotics), so-called fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) and galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), which serve as food for certain bacteria:

  • This helps to maintain normal mucosal function and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Calcium plays an important role in the normal function of digestive enzymes and vitamin D & zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
  • Fructo-oligosaccharides and galacto-oligosaccharides (FOS/GOS) are special carbohydrates that serve as food for certain bacteria. They stimulate the multiplication of the specific bacteria Akkermansia muciniphila and Faecalibacterium prausnitzii as well as the conversion of food to short-chain fatty acids (such as butyrate)
  • Glucomannan has been proven to contribute to weight loss as part of an energy-balanced diet.

Anwendung

How is this bundle used?

OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9

Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 (= 3 g) 1-2 times daily into a glass of water (approx. 125 mL) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for it to activate, stir again and then drink.

OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 should preferably be taken on an empty stomach. If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 twice daily, it should be taken before breakfast and before the evening meal.

If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should prolong the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time the bacteria metabolise the entire fructooligosaccharides. Therefore, no fructose gets into the intestine.

OMNi-LOGiC® PLUS?

Stir 5 g (5 g = 1 level measuring spoon) into 0.2 l water/juice etc. 3 x daily and drink immediately (activation time is not required). The positive effect of glucomannan is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g in three portions of 1 g each in combination with 1-2 glasses of water before meals.

It is essential to take the product with plenty of liquid so that it reaches the stomach, otherwise, there is a risk of choking if you have difficulty swallowing or with insufficient fluid intake.

Our tip: Start with 1/2 measuring spoon daily and increase by a further 1/2 measuring spoon every 3 days.

META-CARE® Griffonia Plus

Take 1 capsule unchewed 2 x daily in the morning and at lunchtime after a meal with water.
Please note No animal protein, gluten, or lactose has been added to the product, and it is suitable for individuals with milk allergies. Store in a dry place. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Maintain a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of small children.
